Midday Reset: Somatic Yoga & Reflection

Beginner • All Levels Welcome

What to expect:

Midday Reset offers a space to pause, reconnect, and realign in the middle of your week. Each session blends dynamic and gentle yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and guided journaling reflection to help regulate your nervous system and clear mental clutter. Weekly themes support clarity, intentional action, and small shifts that help you move toward the life you want to build. Each class concludes with a deeply restorative savasana to support recovery, integration, and sustainable practice.

All levels are welcome. Practices can be adapted for mat or chair yoga.


Flow Yoga: Strength, Balance, & Embodiment

A dynamic, challenging yoga flow that integrates strength, mobility, and mindful movement, with space for deep relaxation and recovery.

What to expect:

Classes begin with a centering meditation and breathwork to establish intention, focus, and awareness, followed by a strong, creative yoga flow integrating progressive vinyasa sequencing with focused core work, functional strength training, dynamic stretching, mobility work, and somatic movement. Sequences are progressively layered and may include preparation for arm balances, inversions, and advanced postures, while remaining grounded in breath awareness and mindful transitions. Each class concludes with a deeply restorative savasana to support recovery, integration, and sustainable practice.

Private Sessions.

Now offering 1:1 therapeutic or targeted yoga classes. As you are being safely guided to move in and out of poses with proper alignment, you will also learn about the benefits of specific breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation methods, and asanas tailored to your individual needs.
