Private Yoga Sessions
Your practice, designed entirely around you
One-on-one yoga in Chambersburg and Greencastle. Focused, personalized, and trauma-informed, so your time on the mat meets you exactly where you are.
There's a particular kind of attention that only happens one-on-one. No back row to disappear into, no pace set for the whole room, no pose that almost fits your body but not quite. Just you, your practice, and a teacher whose full focus is on what you need that day. This is where I do my most meaningful work, and it's where I'd love to meet you.
The difference of one-on-one:
In a group class, the practice is shaped for the room. But in a private session, it's shaped for you: your body, your history, your intentions, and the way you're actually feeling when you walk in. We can slow down where you need to, build strength where you want to grow, and gently adapt anything that doesn't serve you. This is a space where everything is individualized and authentically yours.
What a session is like:
Before we begin, I'll guide you through a brief intake so I understand your body, where you want to grow, what in your practice you would like to cultivate, and anything else you'd like to move toward or be mindful of. From there, each session is built entirely around you and moves at your own pace.
The work is integrated and trauma-informed, which means our practice is grounded in safety, choice, and attunement to your nervous system. You stay in control of your experience throughout, and there is never pressure to push past what feels right for you.
This is a whole-body, whole-person practice. We listen for what your body is asking for, and we let the practice support not only your strength and flexibility, but your sense of ease, presence, and connection to yourself.

My approach
My teaching draws on years of practice and an integrative background in yoga, coaching, and somatic, trauma-informed work. I care less about perfect shapes and more about whether the practice genuinely serves the person in front of me. I bring my full presence, deep listening, and real investment in your wellbeing to every session we share.
Single-Session Options
1-on-1 Private Yoga
Best For: Individuals navigating injury recovery, chronic stress, specific alignment goals, or those who simply prefer a fully personalized, private container.
The Experience:
This is the highest level of individualized care offered at Realized Wellness. In this private session, the entire hour is completely dedicated to your unique body, history, and personal intentions. Drawing from a blend of alignment-based precision, somatic awareness, and therapeutic yoga, we will map out a practice that honors exactly where you are today. Whether you are looking to build a safe foundation, manage chronic pain, or decompress your nervous system in a quiet, trauma-informed space, this session provides the hyper-customized guidance and hands-on support that a public class simply cannot replicate.
Rate: $80 / 60-Minute Session

Semi-Private Yoga: 2-Person
Best For: Couples, best friends, family members, or accountability partners who want a customized experience but love sharing the journey.
The Experience:
Healthy routines are easier to sustain when built together. Our Semi-Private sessions offer the perfect middle ground between individual customization and shared motivation. In this format, we shift the focus to your collective intentions, whether that means a synchronized, mindful flow to build strength or deep, partner-supported therapeutic stretches to release tension. While slightly less individualized than a 1-on-1 session, you will both receive tailored alignment adjustments and personalized modifications. It is an affordable, deeply connective way to invest in your wellness alongside someone you trust.
Rate: $90 / 60-Minute Session ($45 per person)
Small Group Private Yoga: 3-6 Students
Best For: Friends' nights out, family wellness gatherings, birthday celebrations, or coworkers looking for an intentional way to destress together.
The Experience:
Bring your community together for a private wellness experience tailored entirely to your group's collective energy. Our Small Group Privates transform yoga into a shared, social practice. Depending on what your group needs, we can design an uplifting, somatic flow to get everyone moving, or a gentle, trauma-informed restorative session focused on collective deep rest and nervous system regulation. While this format trades hyper-individualized anatomy tracking for group connection and shared flow, it provides a joyful, accessible, and budget-friendly way to experience the benefits of private yoga with your favorite people.

Because healing and progress do not just happen on the mat, this package includes ongoing email or text check-ins between our studio visits. Includes: 6 Private 1-on-1 Sessions + direct text/email support between appointments.
Investment: $420 ($70 per session)
12-Session Private Yoga Package
Best For: Dedicated clients looking to deeply embed yoga, somatic healing, and nervous system regulation into their long-term lifestyle.
The Experience:
This package is the most immersive, high-support container available at Realized Wellness. Over 12 comprehensive sessions, we will dive deeply into the intersection of therapeutic yoga, somatic processing, and nervous system mapping. This extended timeline allows us to safely peel back layers of chronic physical holding patterns, process stress, and cultivate a deeply intuitive relationship with your body. To elevate your journey, this package includes a complimentary, private bonus workshop or extended restorative sound session, giving you the ultimate space to rest, integrate, and transform.
Includes: 12 Private 1-on-1 Sessions + between-session communication + 1 private bonus restorative workshop.
Investment: $780 ($65 per session)
All sessions include a personalized intake and are held at the Mindful Oasis in Chambersburg, with select availability in Greencastle.
Private Sessions.
Now offering 1:1 therapeutic or targeted yoga classes. As you are being safely guided to move in and out of poses with proper alignment, you will also learn about the benefits of specific breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation methods, and asanas tailored to your individual needs.
