  • Slow flow

    Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 a.m.

    A yoga class designed for beginners, for those with limited mobility, or for more advanced yogis looking for a slow and intentional practice, this class includes detailed cues for safe alignment, strength building, gentle stretching, breath work, and mindfulness meditation. Amid the chaos of the week, start your day with calm focus, feeling peaceful and grounded.

  • Fire Flow

    Wednesdays 10:15-11:15 a.m.

    Supercharge your day with a rigorous flow practice. As you move through challenging yoga poses and sequences, you’ll build strength, stamina, and heat (no extra heaters required) to help you break through mental and physical barriers, bringing peace to the mind and body. Although this class is designed for yogis with an intermediate to advanced yoga practice, all are welcome and will be customized to those who are present.

  • 1:1 Therapeutic Session

    Private Class

    As you are being guided to safely move in and out of poses with proper alignment, you will also learn about the benefits of specific breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation methods, and asanas tailored to your individual needs.
